Leaving for home

Well I’m checked in to Keflavik to check out! Been a great four days and I’m definitely coming back. The only one thing I would change is I won’t use a hire car company again as they rip you off. I’ll probably use a tour guide. The country is amazing and the people so friendly. I’ve been blown away by the scenery and the magnitude of everything here.

Everything is so clean. The air is so pure as is the water and the vegetation. The seaweed looks amazing and you can see the sea is so so clear. The cloud formations are huge, dynamic and varied, I’ve taken to calling them “McKay Clouds” after my friend and artist Phil McKay.
I’ve taken a few pics and am generally quite pleased, looking back through the back of the camera, I’ve written my journal and kept everyone up to date. I only wish the Arora had put a face in but the weather has been terrible.
Anyhow. Waiting for my plane and my trip home. Wow, what a few days, well worth it.
